Went with my wife. and they treated me as a college couple. The room shown while booking is totally different. It was just like I felt I was staying in any kind of jhuggi or slum area room. And when I complained they said all bookings are full due to marriage. The Hotel Manager was so rude that he treated us as a college couple after showing photos with family then he kept is mouth shut. should do regular monitoring of the hotel so at least your customer should not get cheated..

I have booked this hotel after the viewing room. But when i checked in that time they gave a room like we had done any crime. Means that room it's a small box type room only one big size bed can fit nothing else. They have cheated us.

Hotel galaxy is located close to the station and although lodged in a commercial complex has separate lifts, hence easy to access. Overall a decent hotel, clean and comfortable.

I have mentioned in booking that i want early accommodation but the hotel charged me penalty for early coming and as i was with family so i didn't have any opinion other than paying. After coming to hotel in night they provided us another room which was not at all clean. We stayed here many times. But this time our experience was very bad.
