The room is massive! It has its living room with a sofa and also dining table. Everything works well and so clean. The staff also is very kind and informative. If something need to be improve is the bathroom, one of two toilet only has a curtain and not full to the floor so the water splash everywhere when taking the shower. Overall this is really nice hotel, will comeback again next time if I go to Surabaya. Thank you

ห้องดีมากๆ เดินทางสะดวก มากับครอบครัวตองโจทย์ที่สุด พนักงานต้อนรับใจดี น่ารัก มีมารยาท แนะนำสำหรับคนไทย มีอาหารรอบๆ โรงแรมด้วย มาด้วยกันกับเพื่อนหลายๆคนเริ่ดมาก

Huge rooms for family. Clean and nice view. The bathroom is okay, no bathtub just standard. Maybe in the future they will build a pool.

Hotelnya bersih N nyaman ruangan juga cukup besar tetapii agak sepii memang lantai dasar nya rame tapi untuk hotelnya agak sepii jadi kek sunyi

Kamarnya super bersih, besar.. Staff ramah. Kamar yg dipilih tipe SUITE 2 bedroom, sangat cocok untuk family. Proses check in dan check out juga cepat. Kebetulan saya dapat kamar nomer 1111 dan 1211. Jadi akses masuk kamar bisa dari lantai 11 dan lantai 12. Lantai atas (12) dan bawah (11) tipe kamar suite dihubungkan oleh tangga di dalam kamar. Ini bukan Mezzanine ya. Betulan 2 kamar, jd kamar atas ada pintu, kamar mandi, mini kulkas tersendiri. Begitu pula lantai bawah ada tersendiri kamar mandi dan mini kulkasnya. Lantai bawah (11) ada sofa dan meja makan. Lengkap pokoknya. AC sangat dingin karena di lantai bawah ada 2 AC. Jd meski kamar besar, suhu dingin tetap tersuplai dengan baik. Lantai 1 (Lobby) ada Parigie Coffee & Pastry, Indomaret. Lantai 2 ada Food Station, House of Wok. Jadi tidak perlu bingung untuk urusan kuliner. Akses Lift juga cepat karena dibedakan untuk lantai genap dan ganjil. Jadi betul2 nyaman tidak perlu menunggu lama untuk lift.

Lokasi di satu area dg novotel. Di bawah ada indomaret dan cafe. Kamar luas dg harga terjangkau. Bantal kurang enak tapi overall value for money.
