Really worth the price!!! This is a 4 star hotel but felt like a 5 star! The room was clean, wide, nice interior and got a clean bath tub!! It got separated shower and toilet and amenities were complete. I'm not even sure I will get the same benefit from a 5-star around here. Breakfast buffet had lots of choices with decent taste. Coffee was very nice!! They also had a gym room and a bar. Service was also nice and helpful. Definitely will come back again!

pengalaman kedua menginap disini. selalu memuaskan seh, worth it sekali, pelayanan ramah, dapat kamar yg luas, bath up yang besar, kamar yang bersih, nyaman, ada mesin kopi, kulkas, ga ada kendala sama skali. walo ga ada kolam renang, tidak masalah. hanya stay kedua ini aga kecewa dengan masakan breakfast nya, kali ini rasanya tidak seenak menginap pertama, semua menunya cenderung hambar, bahkan ada yg keasinan. Sedangkan saat breakfast pertama hampir semua menunya enak

Kamar luas, kamar mandi luas, bathtub besar, amenities lengkap. Variasi makanan cukup banyak namun untuk rasa biasa saja. Kamar kurang kedap sehingga suara musik dari luar ataupun suara tamu lain tutup pintu terdengar keras

Aduuuuh zonk banget dah nginep disini. Mulai check in lambat banget. Mesti nunggu setengah jam untuk nunggu kamar ready, padahal itu udah jam 3. Kebersihan kamar kurang, bedcover dan handuk bau apek. Resto panas, gak tau emg konsepnya tanpa ac kali ya.

Kamarnya bagus banget . Nyaman sekali cocok buat keluarga ataupun honeymoon q datang jam 9 mlm staff mya ramah dan mmberikan pelayanan yang sangt baik .. informatif dan pastinya akan balik lagi di hotel artotel suites surabaya ini saat berlibur dengan keluarga .. makanan nya enak enak banget bener2 perfect hotelnya bagus .. 🥰🥰🥰

The location is good, with affordable prices. First check in the hotel staff not informed us about the facilities and breakfast time, etc but it’s fine. We stayed for 2 nights, after the 1st night the hotel texted me and informed us to move to another room because our floor have regular maintenance (they even didn’t mention it during our check in). The 2nd night we moved to the other room but the key is not working 🥹 we have to back and forth to the reception still didn’t work, the hotel staff asked to move to another room 😪. The room is not too clean as I still can see the dust in some areas, and the toilet was leaking, quite disappointed. Hope they can improve the service and maintenance
