Overall is good. Staff sangat ramah sekali. Pesan tipe studio 40 dan ada bathtubnya. Bathub juga besar. Welcome drink pakai air aqua dan bisa refill tinggal telp resepsionis. Ada mesin kopi dan dikasih 2 tube kopi free. Kalau mau lagi ada biaya charge. Kekurangannya untuk toilet kurang kids friendly. Jadi kalau bawa bayi agak susah. Toilet yg bukan tipe jet shower. Menu breakfast jg beragam dan enak.

房間挺大的，位置在動物園附近，交通算是比較方便。服務也不錯，很熱情。早餐品種算是豐富吧。但是房間裡面的衞生不是太好，還有就是洗澡沒有移動噴頭，衹有頂噴頭。

This is already my second time having my staycation in this hotel. My son really loves being here! The wide room, the bath tub, cool AC and comfy bed. He really likes having a bath in the bathtub, I even brought my own bubble bath soap. The room was so comfy and quiet we even spent the whole stay in the room, bought our dinner online and had breakfast at the hotel's resto. The facility of the room really exceeds the price you paid. Even those new 5-star hotels nowadays don't have a bathtub and room this wide. So, really. I truly recommend this hotel for those of you who love staycations!

The hotel room is spacious with high standard amenities. Very comfortable to bring your big family as the room equiped with kitchenette, dining room for 6 person, living room with large sofa, and ensuite bath tub jacuzzi. Nothing special with the breakfast, need improvement. Overall we loved the CEO suite room.

Rayain birthday disini pas lagi promo puas bgt harga murah tapi mewah fasilitas & kebersihan sempurna, pelayanan ramah & 24jam sedia, harga decor juga standart tidak terlalu mahal, free sarapan pula. Banyak pilihan untuk breakfast nya. Saran dibanyakin hiburan umum & kalo ada fasilitas kolam renang pasti makin bagus lengkap. Next time semoga bisa book hotel ini lagi🥰
