泗水大酒店 (Grand Hotel Surabaya)

這個酒店真是一言難盡，説高檔有些東西不滿意，説低級設定的又是高級的。位置很好，房間還算寬敞，有浴缸，可以泡個熱水澡。早餐不滿意，雖然送到房間，但是比較簡單，還沒有水果和飲料。想泡澡的可以來，因為同價位有浴缸的還是很少的。

房間陳舊，浴巾破洞，沒有熱水，洗漱用品不全，房間有黴味。

房間可以，每個房間都配有浴缸，WIFI不行可能是因為房間不一樣吧，靠近lobby的信號好，隔音不太行。交通方便

이 호텔은 끔찍합니다. 롬복으로 가는 비행기를 타기 위해 왔다가 시간이 애매해 샤워나 하고 눈 좀 붙이고 가려했는데 화장실과 욕실은 이런 것들을 포기해야 할만큼 지저분했습니다.

Sangat mengecewakan, tdk sesuai ekspektasi, tdk sesuai yg di foto. Sangat disayangkan, sekelas bintang 3, kebersihan sangat buruk, banyak piring berserakan di lorong. Kamar jg buruk. Semoga ada peningkatan kebersihan, agar tdk mengecewakan pelanggan.

Hotelnya lumayan, yg sangat disayangkan bau asap rokoknya, pdhl sdh minta yg non smooking room.Mungkin krn banyak yang merokok di lorong" nya. Baiknya bawa pengharum ruangan sendiri dari rumah, spy gak terganggu dengan bau asap rokok. Sy bawa sendiri pengharum ruangan, stelah baca beberapa reviewnya ttg bau asap rokok dihotel ini, dan it works, bau asapnya berkurang 😂 over all okelah sesuai sm harganya 👍 pelayanan ramah. Utk hotel dg budget hemat, bolehlah next time pas ke sby menginap di sini lagi. Thx grand surabaya hotel

tempatnya strategis, dekat dengna plaza surabaya alun alun dan juga grand city, untuk kebersihan kamar mandi sedikit kaget karna saya pikir bersih, tapi untuk kamar bagus dan bersih

Lokasi hotel dekat dengan mall Surabaya Plaza, Di tiap kamar ada bathtub, ada teko air panas. Namun untuk kamar mandi terlihat kurang bersih dan noda
