Apart from location walking distance from Tunjungan Plaza, everything else was disappointing. From service to cleanliness to the condition of the room, everything was bad. The towel looks horrible which I think this is beyond usage, wifi was poor and keeps disconnecting. The bed although looking nice, bedsheet was with horrible stains too. I will not recommend anyone to use this hotel by all means.

Fasilitas bagus, unik, kamar luas, kebersihan lumayan hanya saja ada kecoa satu yang lewat ketika saya mau tidur. Untuk kamar butuh waktu untuk penyiapannya tidak seperti hotel lain yang biasanya bisa langsung masuk ketika sudah booking. Satpam agak kurang ramah
