I had a pleasant stay at the said hotel. I was given a surprise at my room door by the staffs, bringing me a small cut birthday cake and singing birthday song. Thing that can improve is the towel, which had a weird smell. Maybe management can look into it. Thank you.

Location is excellent, right smackdab in the middle of Surabaya's tourist center, the Old City or "Kota Lama". Cleanliness wise its okay, the bedsheets is the only thing that needs more cleaning. Service is excellent. And facilities wise, the only thing lacking is a hairdryer.
