Stayed three nights. Ate in their cafe when I first arrived. Nasi Goreng was good but burger was awful. It has bits of hard sinew in it. Stick to the local choices! Room was sufficient , morning breakfast had a decent selection leaning towards more local fare. There’s a Starbucks and Subway near. Amanda laundry in the nearby village is good for getting clothes washed. Big green submarine is within walking distance.

Hotelnya bagus, letaknya strategis tidak jauh untuk ke pusat perbelanjaan, hotel bersih, air tidak pernah bermasalah, breakfast banyak macamnya, enak dan melimpah. Mantap santika 👍

Pros:
- The check-in and check-out process is fast
- Rooms are quite spacious and comfortable
- Strategic location in Central Surabaya area
Cons:
- This hotel only has 2 elevators, even though there are 22 floors to serve
- Each elevator is small, so often the elevator is full and you have to wait again
- Breakfast is not good, not according to 4 star standards
- Small capacity hotel parking

Starting form parking lot, receptionist and check in process everything is smooth, also room is spacious for this rate, breakfast in the morning have many menu and resto staff is very kind, Mr koki give cheff hat to my 3yo son he is very happy… my unsatisfied part only charge for broken cup by my son is quite expensive
Part need to improve is snack (waffle) during breakfast not so delicious
