El check in y check out se realiza por un agente de view center, en una estación electrónica del lobby del hotel, un poco de mal olor y humedad en los pasillos. El personal presencial no está siempre en la recepción, pero al estarlo tratan de ser amables. En general con un poco de esfuerzo e inversión podrían mejorarse las condiciones de atención para el huésped!

Stayed here for 3 nights. The location was pretty good but the service was awful; no one would ever be at the desk, the room smelled god awful, would only clean the room every 3 days (they only made the bed, they didn't even change the sheets or ANYTHING), the carpets were so dirty that it stained our socks brown, no soap was provided and hot water was available for the first 30 seconds of the shower and then it's gone, the elevator was absolutely horrendous and was barely functioning. The elevator would make a random thumping sound and would screech all the time to make your ears pop. Definitely don’t recommend this hotel.
