每次來桑尼維爾都會在A loft落腳，每次都會留下滿意的回憶。在前台辦理入住時總會收到熱情的問候，退房時又會收到真誠的祝福。這次我們上午就到達酒店，前台小哥一邊熱情問候、一邊盯著屏幕搜尋著，很快就安排好一間客房讓我們提前入住，真是太感謝了。這裡的客房裝修簡潔、現代，樓下大堂便於休息和會客，健身房落地玻璃窗直對大街、視野很好。市中心的Target，Whole Foods Market和餐飲一條街都在步行幾分鐘的範圍內，漢家宴從上午11點一直開到晚上11點，不用擔心晚了沒地方吃飯了。比較有趣的是，酒店週末的價格比工作日價格低很多。

When I checked in at the hotel, I asked for rooms upstairs. The front desk staff said no, only the first floor, okay! But when we went to the car to pick up our luggage and returned to the lobby, we saw that the guests behind us were arranged upstairs. My boyfriend said we should ask why they have room upstairs, I said forget it. Maybe they have other room types! So we went to rest. When we went out at 1pm the next day, we found that the rear window was broken and then we went to the front desk to report it. They said you need to call the police. Our hotel is not responsible. I said I parked in the parking lot of your hotel, the hotel front desk said that this parking lot is shared with the store next door! Then we asked about surveillance cameras. They said there was only one at the main entrance. But it can’t be photographed either! Anyway, they are not responsible. We had no choice And we have to call the police and insurance.What a shame, this is the first time and the last time here!

非常乾淨，服務人員也很nice。雖然早餐收費，但是咖啡和檸檬水是自助的。水果寫著1元1個，但我要付錢，服務員説免費給我。 環境也不錯，馬路對面就有很多飯館，購物中心也不遠，總的來説很滿意。 唯一不好就是空調聲音太大了，不過ca 的天氣，不開也是可以的。半夜有些旅客在前台大聲説話，也比較吵。

We had clearly confirmed that we would check out at 12:00 PM, but we were woken up three times by the cleaning staff starting at 9:00 AM. We couldn't sleep well and were quite frightened.
