perfect hotel to stay.was give at the new lot hotel as at the HQ was fully booked.however it was not far from the receptionist...all new.clean room.clean bed.clean bathroom.have towel.soap.small fridge.kettle.tv big size.tv chanel good.bathroom water pressure so good..have water heater.new aircond sharp inverter so cold.have wifi.near to 7E.mamak.mr diy.many restaurant nearby.all.was prefect only the towel was so rough.please change boss..

So far hotel ni ok, dkt dgn pelbagai kemudahan seperti kedai makan, speedmart, mr diy dan lain2. Mudah utk saya dan anak cari mkn slps check in. Bilik pon ok bersih, luas, selesa dan ada ruang utk solat, cuma tuala yg disediakan tidak selesa utk guna sebab terlalu keras dan kasar mungkin tuala yg lama dan juga tidak disediakan cawan/gelas utk minum. Mohon hotel dpt sediakan tuala yg lbh baik dan selesa utk pengguna.

Booking for 訂房網站le bed room. I got room queen bed with one extra bed facing toilet. When asked reception they answered 訂房網站le bed room was full and unavailable. And gave reason when my booking coming in the room are full already. Nothing much i can do but to accept because no other place to stay. Trip need to communicate with hotel in future so that the customer will get what they booked and paid for.. im very dissappointed. Never had experienced like this before😡😡😡
