1. Room is very basic. Dont even have a fridge 2. Body soap and shampoo - better use your own. The shampoo makes my hair dry and hard 3. Parking behind hotel. On crusher run and limited. Guard only available at night (thats what the hotel claim)

Hotel budget yg paling best di Segamat. Dekat dgn bandar, bersih, selesa, ada byk parking blkg hotel luas, selamat dan berbatu. Akan repeat.

Aircon is not cold enough in my room. You can only access gym from 1pm to 10pm, and on Sunday there’s no staff to issue you gym voucher (the gym is not in hotel building so you need to request for voucher) Sometimes they don’t clean room and they claim because the power card is still inserted in the room which makes them think there’s someone still in the room. Anyway not many options of hotel in this small city so…

Good hotel, near mall with ecoshop, restaurants and about 6km away from city centre. Convenient place and comfortable acommodation at the time I was there. Overall, recommended for 3days stay. Hotel management: Keep it up! Please ensure your place always kept tidy, plus clean from time to time. Thanks

Overall, the stay was underwhelming. The hotel has several areas that need improvement. - The air-conditioning wasn't cool enough, which made it uncomfortable in Malaysia’s hot weather. - The king-size bed felt like it was squeezed into the room, leaving very little space to move around. - Towels had black stains and smelled old, which made them unpleasant to use. - The toilet paper provided was the pull-out type, extremely thin and hard to use—not practical at all. - Only two pillows were provided, and the bedsheet made my skin itch, raising concerns about cleanliness. - The shower tap had visible stains, although the water pressure was decent (room was on the second floor). - The hotel claims to be a “Zero Dust” award winner, but honestly, the condition of the room doesn’t reflect that. - The corridor to the room had no air-conditioning, making it stuffy and hot. - Cleanliness overall could definitely be improved. - The entire hotel feels old and is in need of better maintenance. On a positive note, the check-in staff that day was polite and helpful.

Located within walking distance to cafes, shops and supermarket, this hotel provides all the basic creature comforts well. It’s clean, has sufficient hot water, kettle in room and good functioning AC. Yes I’ll recommend it for short stay in Segamat.
