Disappointed with the condition of the room especially the toilet. The glass sidings of the shower were not water proof. When you shower, the whole toilet floods and wet. No shelvings above the wash sink so no place to put your toiletries, except on top of the toilet cistern. No blanket except to use the bed spread. Only 2 bottles of mineral water No facility to boil water Coffee or tea were not supplied. No cups or glasses even after requesting. Will not recommend to friends. The only plus point is the efficiency of the air conditioner.

check in very bad experience with one old lady, she talk very rude. place near to one big mall, easy to buy thing. near to Hospital pantai Sg petani less than 15min

Check in was smooth,the staff at front desk counter was welcoming and smile..everything was working fine and acceptable..the mattress just fine and i able to sleep well..the issue here is just that the floor looks like it wasnt even sweep and mop for a long time..just when i step barefoot in the room,my sole instantly become black due to dirt and dust from the floor....water pressure from the bidet also slow ..

Teramat teruk. Dalam gambar bilik nampak cantik. Depan mata bilik teruk. Wall paper terkoyak. Keadaan bilik dull. Tak pernah cuci ke bilik? Hotel first and last. Takkan jejak dah. OYO Hotel much better dari hotel ni. Worst experience.

Brutally honest review from me. I'm not saying this hotel is bad but it just that I felt unsatisfied with what I got. I requested room with window but didn't get. It was fine . No issue. What bothered me was , the room that we got, it was quite small and not really enough space for muslims to pray comfortably. Tv not really working. For the toilet, had to flush 2-3 times. The room's cleanliness was not really ok. But overall , I would say my experience here .. ok lah . Not great. But ok :)
