Everything was ok until the aircond start making sound like it was gonna fall down from the wall amd its leaking, alot of cockroaches crawling around the floor and wall that irritating me! +1 point because this hotel provides simple Malaysian breakfast but the cleanliness and maintenance is beyond average!

not bad for the location and price ! One thing is the room toilet condition can be better. Bfast daily is the same Nasi Lemak Fried eggs Hard boil eggs Half boil eggs Sausages Toast with variety of jams coffe and tea Oat and nestum location is good becuz of the multiple choices of eateries, cinema and some convenience stores nearby (most of them are shelthered and walking distance)
