The host was responsive and communicated promptly throughout our stay. The rooms are relatively small, but they are suitable if your priority is accommodating a larger group rather than having more spacious living areas. During our stay, there was a slight unpleasant odour in the property. The kitchen facilities were quite limited. There was only one set of fork and spoon, six cups, and two frying pans, with no cooking pot provided. This made it a little inconvenient to prepare meals and even simple drinks. Adding a few more basic kitchen utensils and cookware would greatly improve the overall guest experience. Lastly, there was a water leakage issue during our stay. It appeared that the host was already aware of the problem, but it had not been repaired. The temporary solution provided was to turn off the water supply whenever it was not in use. While this helped reduce the leaking, it was inconvenient for guests and did not seem like an effective long-term solution. Addressing the leak properly would improve both the guest experience and water conservation.

Location is a bit isolated, need to go through a narrow road. Overall, the room is satisfactory, facilities is good enough and lack of some services such as restaurant on site.

If you expect a comfortable, clean getaway, avoid this place. We were looking for a polished hotel experience, but the room was full of ants. It felt incredibly unhygienic and made it impossible to relax or even leave our bags down comfortably. It’s frustrating to pay hotel prices only to deal with subpar maintenance and bad hygiene. Highly disappointed.

The place is nice howver i think there is nothing much to do here. i was here for the sg lembing waterfall which started as early as 6.30 am. by the time we come back is way pass the check out time. so cant say anything that the stay is just better in the area. btw i need to walk up a stair to access my room.

The location and service was good. Only comment would be that the staff take notice of approriate clothing that is worn by guest into the pool. Some people were even rinsing their clothes in the pool. Disguting!

The room was slightly dirty but overall was still acceptable (personally) with the price.The cleanliness of the room can be improved. I found many ants in the kettle. My room also had some damp smell. Sound proof of the room was weak.
