Very helpful and friendly staff. Good and efficient service. The only downside is the door computer system was down when we were there.. not so much of a hassle for us since we stayed on the ground floor. The receptionist had to open the door for us whenever we go back.

The hotel price is the most competitive in this area. However there is no transport so you must he driving there. The area is in the retail area but in the night you have young kids in cycling there so it's not so safe. The room is large but everything is old. The bathroom was not so clean than expected. The breakfast os cold food so nothing special. Its more a motel than a hotel. But there is one thing! Staff are very kind and very nice and very helpful as I was provided an extra greater as it was cold. Overall you pay less and you get less.

Very basic hotel, spotlessly clean, incredibly friendly staff, well located, bit of confusion over breakfast times, some told 10am however reception said finished at 9.30, not a problem though the receptionist was super friendly and accommodating to ensure we got something to eat and drink. Would I stay again, yeah absolutely for a flying visit

They called to tell me that the heater is off one day before my reservation, and offered to move me to a different hotel that they chose, I didn’t want then I requested a cancellation, not my fault. They said they will process the refund, but haven’t received any yet!. Unprofessional customer service.
