Room was very spacious and clean, everything was great and comes with AC! The downside was we were given a room where the staff didn’t know our toilet ceiling was leaking from upstairs when they’re using water. They dealt with our concerns quickly and upgraded us to a different room. Previous room’s little fridge worked but the upgraded one didn’t though, unfortunately. Everything else was perfect!

Everything was fine except for the service in the restaurant . Very slow and just left us sitting there . Had to go and find someone to get any service. Were left short of a dish and when we made them aware we got what we had ordered but the dish was charged twice on the bill.  Hotel is very modern and very clean , room were of a high standard.

Stayed at this hotel a lot over the years, staff are always great, so friendly and welcoming. I didn’t eat in this occasion but the food is generally nice as well. Only slight bit of negativity would be I feel the bedrooms need a bit of freshening up
