優點：酒店整體建築和園林景觀很棒，泳池和餐廳很棒房間有歡迎酒和小食，房間正對著泳池拍照nice 工作人員服務很好，這點好評。缺點：房間：在網上訂房訂的是51平的特大床，可是酒店給安排的房間根本不是這樣，房間不大，床也小。有在訂房網站s上訂的，你們最好確認旅行社代理給訂的是你要的房間。然後床墊塌陷，睡的很累。整晚都能聽到噪音不知道是酒店的什麼機器導致。浴室：衞生間和淋浴間浴缸都很小，淋雨冷熱水根本調節不好，浴袍舊到不行。餐廳：早自助和晚自助，東西都不多早上勉強接受，坐外面對著泳池可以喂喂鳥，它們很喜歡吃葡萄。晚上自助質量很差不建議去吃。可以去旁邊的grill room吃，記得預約，那個位置很棒很適合拍照，篝火+晚餐。出行：酒店有固定車次接送你去度假村想去的區域，自己開車來的話也衹能把車停到酒店，外面基本沒有停車位置不能自己在園區開車。總結：如果來南非太陽城旅遊這個酒店值得一住，還算對得起5星的感覺。不過食物別去太強求了，整體給7.8分吧，也算是來南非打卡必來項目之一了。

All really good, best trained staff really gentle in super locations with surrounding true spring green. Really really Afrikaans atmosphere. All type of amenities in faboulous locations. Not too far from Pretoria and other important game parkBest safari games with wails nature all around with special ur monuments and pints with tradinotial Africa history. Paradise.I really hope in coming back soon for very long stay. In the past wash locations for many important movies because no anywhere else can be possible to find such lost city atmosphere and senario. Easy to reach in less of 3 hours drive from Johannesburg Tambo Airport

The Palace is perfect for a family vacation. The service provided by the staff was great and everyone was smiling and eager to help. Our rooms were clean with snacks and drinks provided. The only thing missing was a toothbrush and toothpaste in their bathroom. The buffet breakfast at the Palace is a good variety and the service during breakfast was amazing. Staying at the palace is an easy walk to all activities Sun City provides and there are always shuttle buses to take you back to where you need to be. I would recommend staying over rather than a day visit to be able to fully explore and have a good nights rest.
