房間整潔衛生，寬敞。還有75cl 免費紅酒。 早餐豐富，早上有生蠔吃。 服務超5*。每個工作人員都十分專業，從你走進酒店一刻起，都會感受到他們的服務的細緻。半夜不適，可以打電話到接待，會有緊急隊到房間，clinic 要早上7點才有，住客是不用收費。 園區內幾間酒店/******/welcome centre (shopping mall)是可以行走過去，也可以坐他們的shuttle bus. 不想在酒店吃飯，可以到 welcome centre 吃。如要訂活動可以找他們待定，有會講普通話的員工啊。 再次感謝工作人員的照顧。

The Palace is perfect for a family vacation. The service provided by the staff was great and everyone was smiling and eager to help. Our rooms were clean with snacks and drinks provided. The only thing missing was a toothbrush and toothpaste in their bathroom. The buffet breakfast at the Palace is a good variety and the service during breakfast was amazing. Staying at the palace is an easy walk to all activities Sun City provides and there are always shuttle buses to take you back to where you need to be. I would recommend staying over rather than a day visit to be able to fully explore and have a good nights rest.

Our stay at The Palace of the Lost City was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty — the valet, concierge, and housekeeping staff went above and beyond, surprising us with thoughtful touches throughout our visit. The food was exceptional, with every meal feeling like an experience in itself, and the views from the King’s Tower were absolutely breathtaking. We stayed midweek, which made all the difference — it felt as though we had the entire resort to ourselves, a calm and private escape compared to the more crowded weekends. As much as we thoroughly enjoyed all our meals, the dessert menu could use a little upgrade to match the otherwise world-class dining experience. A magical, serene getaway we’ll gladly return to.
