The hotel's location is excellent,making easy to explore the city. Also walking distance to Braga street, can enjoy nightlife at Braga street just walk through the street, very likely. Room was clean and comfortable,but room is small. All staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast is simple.

Very easy access to Braba street where located in the heart of Bandung. Hotel itself has its own buffet in the evening time so you can try various Indonesian food there. The room is spacious and nice but hotel qas built long time ago, everything inside are old.

Mencoba menginap disini dgn type suite, harga addorable, lokasi strategis ke braga city walk, pelayanan B saja, bahkan receptionist yg cewek2 pada cuek, seharusnya klw dipelajari di kampus perhotelan, staf fo namanya juga front desk, harus selalu ramah kalau ada orang lewat dilobby..ini mah cuek aja,ada yg ber hp ada yg nunduk liat layar,..contoh staf2 yg cowok dr bellboynya juga attensi banget. Lobbynya oke luas nyaman kebetulan dihulan puasa sepi, kamar sebenernya luas namun layoutnya yg bikin terasa ssmpit..apa karena ada kamar mandi kapsulnya ya? Makanan ga bs sy review karena sahur dan saya telat sahur juga..tapi restorannya luas dan nyaman..parkiran juga luas tidak seperti hotel sebelah..amenitiesnya lengkap

Buat yg mau ke braga, Kimaya is very recommended! Staffnya ramah, bersih kamarnya, amenities lengkap, breakfastnya enak, dan keluar hotel banyak kuliner juga. Proses check in dan check out cepat.. Harga affordable. Walau tidak luas bgt ya kamarnya tp nyaman banget! Viewnya bagus dr lt 12. Thanks Kimaya

I recently stayed at Braga Hotel in Bandung and had a mixed experience. Positive Aspects: The hotel’s location is excellent, making it convenient to explore the city. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide variety of choices to suit different tastes. A special mention goes to the jamu lady, whose homemade jamu added a unique and delightful touch to the dining experience. Additionally, the staff was very prompt in addressing in-house requests, which was appreciated. Areas for Improvement: Cleanliness was a major issue during my stay. There were visible moulds on the sink and toilet sealers, which was disappointing. One of the two rooms I booked had a choked toilet, which added to the inconvenience. The frosted toilet doors lacked privacy, and the unlocked doors made it worse, causing discomfort for guests. The staff’s responsiveness to certain situations also left room for improvement. When I sought assistance in booking Woosh, the staff simply replied that they were unable to help, without offering any alternative solutions. A more proactive approach in such situations would have been appreciated. While the hotel does have its merits, addressing these concerns could significantly enhance the guest experience.
