飯店房間熱水不穩定 房間浴巾不太乾淨 邊間房**07房會有馬達聲音非常吵雜及摩托車聲音也大隔音不佳 還好第二晚可以換房了 對面就有shopping mall 穿過停車場後面 也有mall 有便宜按摩spa 機能算不錯

電梯太慢/房間太暗/床單不是純白，感覺有使用過久的色沉澱/1703 浴室熱水系統故障/床上有蟲在眼前爬過去/毛巾供給以及盥洗備品沒有標準（有的只有兩條浴巾，沒有中＆小毛巾，另一間兩條浴巾，一條中毛巾，沒有小毛巾/肥皂不同/梳洗不一定有）/1706 不斷電插頭無法使用。 櫃台人員/維修人員/房間清潔人員，態度都很好。

價格變動太多，一天到晚變，還有萬隆作為旅遊城市，絕大部分人還是要吃早餐的，可是加早餐的價格太離譜了。好好想想遊客心中的想法，你價格變動太多，就不能培養老客戶

sudah mulai agak lama ya.. berasa ngga se wow dulu. coba mulai di renov. tp utk service dan kebersihan sih masi ok. penerangan jg perlu ditambah, kaya redup gitu.. dan colokan listri hanya satu yg bs dipakai cas hp,which is itu colokan heater

The place was nice with a great view with the city. The concierge was nice and gave a nice view of the city when we asked for a room. But the pool and the gym was underwhelming to say the least. It's not as big as we imagined. But to be honest. It's great for the price. The room is spacy and the bathroom was clean. Service was great and we even got plates when we order food to go.

Stayed 2 nights, the room was quite wide and the view showed citylight. For bathroom equipment looks quite old, but functions properly. Can have breakfast and dinner, for breakfast the menu variants are quite diverse, but for dinner only a few menus are served, and also many are not refilled when they run out, but that's okay, maybe because it was the night of an Islamic celebration. Overall pretty good, will stay here again.
