Booked 2 superior rooms n got upgraded to deluxe rooms. Thank u so much🙏🏻 King room was more clean than the twin bed room. They said it was smoke free room but somehow we felt like it used to be smoking room. Breakfast was superb with a lot of choices 👍

Beautiful mountain night and day views . Sit on hill overlooking nature green and valley . Good Chinese restaurant . Pool and gym for serious workout. Excellent front manager . Good size room . Good resort style hotel .

Clean and sufficient room for families, we got upgraded from superior to deluxe thanks to kak stephanie 👍🏻 The pool esp kids pool is okay and the warmth is enough eventhough a bit warmer will be best 👍🏻 Location is very good since close to both Lembang or downtown area. The only need improvement is need bigger signage for entrace especially at night so its easier to see the gate.

06-08jun2025 room#750 have to give a compliment to Pak Dian I at registration/front desk. very warm and very cooperative. 👍🏽 keep up the good work! room, we are disappointed with very small tv and poor picture quality and poor channels. a 5-star hotel is best to provide big screen and HD-picture quality and good channels shower 🚿, low pressure, low volume, inconsistent temperature. time for hotel to renew everything! swimming pool, no guard, no towel staffs, obviously lack of employees! ignorance and leave some pool sofas wet :( welcome drink, disappointing. a 5-star hotel with juices from concentrates, not fresh juice. the taste of wedang jahe, shockingly unacceptable! breakfast 07june2025 is great, gorengan is best. keep up the good work! things to improve : kerupuk, low quality, but i managed to inform Pak Eddy (exec 👨🏻🍳) to replace/withdraw those kerupuk. breakfast 08june2025 is a nightmare. quality, variation, staffs ignorance to dirty/used plates. first and LAST visit! NOT RECOMMENDED. (old hotel and seriously need renovation and add more staffs, especially weekend and long weekend/holiday) thanks to Pak Agin and Pak Rizki for approaching to me on 07june2025 morning with smile and warmly accept suggestions. keep up the good work!

pelayanan yang ramah, lokasi strategies.. after sales service nya pun excellent dimana ada barang saya yang tertinggal diinformasilan, disimpan dan beberapa minggu kemudian ketika saya kirim gosend langsung di serahkan.

Hotel dengan kolam renang hangat yg cukup friendly untuk anak2..botol mineral hanya disediakan 2 botol, biasanya kalau hotel bintang 5 diksh 4botol loch..klo pun minta lagi tanpa request tetep diksh 2 botol jg..untuk sarapan standart

Abundant choices of breakfast. Full facilities with large swimming pool, complete gym, table tennis, playground and many activities for kids. Good service and good location since it is located in the middle of Bandung City and Lembang. Spacious room.
