They didn't clean the bathroom after previous guests, it ess dirty and we found used hygienic products everywhere. In our room there was a door to the street. Though it was locked a gap above floor appeared. So when we found out 2 giant cockroaches. I don't know whether they live in the hotel or got through the gap. Bed sheets was super dirty, well I guess they wash it, but it was really too old with a dead sewer moth on it. On top of everything else checking in took too much time, an administrator asked same question astoundingly many times, I was completely driven mad
