我們是住豪華房（山景） 隔音很差外面是公路夜晚被曹醒， 玻璃隔音很差。 酒店早餐真的普通。 但其他餐廳食物質素好吃。 其他設施適合一家大細旅行。酒店內的設施很適閤家庭。 入住時有送雪糕給牛角包。  離開時送曲奇很好味。地理位置很好。 我覺得普通房只是三星， 但是套房才是五星吧。

Strategically located, great view. Especially, after the new toll exit opened some years back. We asked for early checked in, it could be granted, but not early enough although we saw quite a number of guests already checked out. We also asked for a bit late check out and also granted for a very short period of time. The check in time of 3pm and check out time of 12 is not suitable for a resort hotel... The other thing is that friendliness and service are fine.

Sayangnya liburan beberapa sekolah sudah end up jadi kidz activity few banget…tapi anak2 tetap happy disini..awal datang kolamnya kotor bgt. Kami tanya ini normal ga ya? Katanya normal…tp hari ketiga loh airnya jauh lebih jernih.. just advice, klo memang lagi maintenance info aja, kami ga mau anak-anak swim di kolam yang tidak “ready to use” ini aku cantumkan foto day 1 n day 3 totally different sih ya 🥲 overall kids like it, will be back again 😊

many would have already known that Royal Tulip is currently the best resort to stay in Gn Geulis / Sentul area. their services are top notch, facilities are great for families and the ambience just pure relaxing. would definitely be back to stay here.

Easy access, very clean and comfy. Eventhough it’s a family and kids friendly hotel, my husband and I can still enjoy all of the facilites without any inconvinience. The parking lot is a bit far, but they provide a 24h shuttle from the lobby. Too bad the family and kids pools are under renovation. Overall, I recommend this hotel to any couples who plan to have a short getaway 👍

Very clean. Bubble pool. Breakfast buffet with variety, but queue for eggs, protein, and slow refill. Mountain View facing road with noise, earplug provided.

Our booking is for deluxe king bed and why the available room is only twin? The hotel then made my room with 2 single beds made into 1 king size bed. This is not satisfying why 訂房網站.com confirmed my booking when the room with king size bed are all used up??

Pelayanan semua ok, dpt welcome snack awal datang ke hotel..pulangnya pun diberi snack pulang.. Dikamar semua ok dan wangi Sarapan pagi makanannya banyak varian dan enak Kita makan malam di resto semua nyaman Cuma perlu diperhatikan lg lantai kolam renang banyak yg lepas batu kolamnya dan bubble tebar dikolam dipertimbangkan lg agar ramah tdk tll menyengat bau bubble nya

Asyik banget liburan di sini ga macet2an, fasilitas banyak, kolamnya bikin anak senang, staff ramah, bersih, tolong Playground indoornya diperbesar dan agak bau tolong dicek selalu Krn ga pernah ada staff di sana yang jaga.
