不太愉快的一次入住體驗 1、陽台就一個破長椅，沒有照片中的圓桌。本來還想在陽台看看風景喝喝茶得。 2、陽台對面就是一條綠溝+白牆，沒有圖片中一片綠色植物 3、最糟糕的就是在那裡的spa按摩套餐 我預約90分鐘，結果衹有75分鐘（我穿完衣服的時間）。 做spa前員工説，缺少產品所以套餐裡某個項目不能做。正常思維處理方法—你少做一個項目，那麼其他項目加長時間，彌補時間的不足。結果她們直接把項目去掉，少做15分鐘，然後要收90分鐘的價格——泡澡時，時間還沒到，泡澡水就被放幹了，太尷尬了——感覺整個過程很急躁和敷衍 總之是一次糟糕的住宿體驗

很愉快的住宿體驗。入住手續快，房間空間寬敞，乾淨衞生，床舒適度也符合我的要求。酒店環境漂亮有特色，大花園讓人感覺休閑渡假氛圍。所有工作人員包括前台、餐廳服務員、禮賓部等都很有禮貌，並且英文溝通無障礙。餅店的糕點非常好吃😋

是個度假式酒店，植被茂密環境優雅，樓層不高房間挺大，停車方便酒店服務很好，就是陽台有灰塵，還會再次入住。

酒店在山裡，開車到動物園需要1個小時。周圍沒有超市和任何餐廳，衹能選擇在酒店裡用餐，選擇單一。預訂的時候就無法選擇大床房，到了酒店提出是否可以給大床房，酒店要求+400盧比。這真的是聞所未聞。酒店挺漂亮，東南亞度假風，環境沒的説。房間有點陳舊，衞生也缺乏細節。酒店所有的可以肉眼可見的沙發都是斑斑點點。怎麼説呢，住個幾天躲清凈還是可以，親子項目太少，帶孩子住沒什麼玩的。

호텔이 오래됐는데 시설도 오래되서 불편함. 가격도 더 비싼 욕조객실에 욕실 물을 받을 수 없어 욕조가 무의미함. 세면대 수도를 틀면 물이 사방으로 튄다. 수압도 별로. 조식먹을만 하지만 특별하지 않음. 객실은 약간 우붓에 온 느낌이들고 인니 전통 느낌이 든다. 하지만 다시 이가격 주고 오고 싶지 않음.

Initially they gave us a room that was very loud and noisy. Apparently, that wing was under renovation. We called the hotel and requested a quiet wing. They agreed and moved us to a newer room (on the other side of the wing). If you love nature and tranquility, you will love this hotel. They have spa, bar, pool and mini zoo. The room is quite spacious and it has balcony (with garden/mountain) view.
