Staff are not really friendly like others accor group but still up to standard hospitality. Location bit far from city center. No hand towels and face towels in the bathroom but it's ok not required. Overall meet expectation.

Hotel yang seharusnya bagus, tapi sangat tidak terawat. Kami pindah dari kamar 110 karena kamar super kotor, di kolong ranjang banyak sampah kecil, di sofa banyak remah-remah kering cakes/biscuits. Pintu kamar mandi rusak, berat banget digesernya. Air panas kamar mandi kacau, di bagian air dingin bisa tiba-tiba keluar air panas. Kulkas juga rusak. Luckily kami complain dan dipindah ke kmr 119. Kamar lbih bersih, pintu kamar mandi ga rusak, air panas tetep kacau (very dangerous for kids), dan kulkas tetap rusak. Mereka ganti kulkasnya dengan kulkas putih. Tapi besok paginya asinanku rusak semuaaaaa ga dingin jg sama aja kulkasnya…😭 complain saat check out, dikasih free “speed fun” motoran senilai Rp.90.000 😂 untuk kamar Rp.2.4 jt permalam (family room) + kerusakan oleh-oleh asinanku 4 bungkus, ga worthed banget sih…TIDAK AKAN NGINEP SINI LAGI. Maaf 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

設施：比較舊，維護也比較差，房間推拉門不是密封的，廁所馬桶很古早，浴巾布草非常黃 衞生：整體看上去算不錯，不算太誇張，但也乾淨不到哪兒去 環境：環境沒得説，非常舒適 服務：服務尚可

Ok sih buat healing. Tempatnya enak dan sejuk. Yg kata orang2 creepy, buat saya sih ngga. Cuma shower roomnya kecil. Trus sayang TV channelnya cuma lokalan ajah, mau coba setel netflix ga bisa dari TV situ :(. Plus point dari hotel ini breakfast buat anak di bawah 16 thn free, makanan jg mayan enak

Service was excellent, all staffs were friendly. Cleanliness was not the best! At Verandah restaurant during breakfast we witnessed birds were eating from the serving spoons and bread/pastries that was in the open. Also there were webs on the shelves where they keep spoons/forks and plates. It was disgusting to see those!

酒店比較舊了，但是環境很不錯，很東南亞的風格，就是開門蚊蟲比較多，但是總體體驗感還是不錯的，行程比較忙碌沒辦法體驗項目，不過離bogor市區還是有點距離

Sangat suka resort nya seperti berada di dalam Kebun Raya. Sangat luas dan cantik. Sayang makanan nya kurang bervariasi, pilihan makanan Indonesianya sedikit. Dengan value yang cukup mahal akan lebih baik jenis makanan juga ditambah.

It seems that the 5-star status of the hotel is questionable due to the following issues: Check-in took approximately 1 hour, with only 2 customer service representatives working while 2 other desks were empty during check-in time. The lobby/check-in waiting area was crowded with other guests, luggage scattered around, and children running around, making the lobby feel like a playground. Welcome drink glasses were left scattered everywhere, with no staff ensuring the area was clean and tidy. I stayed in room 441, which did not feel like a 5-star hotel room. Despite the old design that should look luxurious, it felt more like a 3-star hotel room. There were many ants on the table, bed, and in the bathroom. An unpleasant odor persisted throughout my 2-day stay. Toiletries were only provided upon request, such as the missing bath mat. There were visible stains on the sofa in the room. etc...
