I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. First of all, the location is extremely inconvenient — it’s quite far from the city center, making it difficult and time-consuming to get around if you want to explore Osaka properly. The hotel is not ideal for tourists who want easy access to the main attractions. Cleanliness was another letdown. The room didn’t feel particularly fresh or well-maintained. It wasn’t dirty per se, but definitely not up to the standard you would expect, especially for the price. On top of that, the air conditioning was a major issue. It was set to an “auto” mode that couldn’t be adjusted manually, and as a result, the room was often uncomfortably warm. I couldn’t get it to cool properly no matter what I tried, and the front desk wasn’t very helpful about it either. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you have no other options. There are definitely better and more conveniently located places in Osaka.

Room was large in Japan hotels. Around 2mins walking distance from subway station. The hotel is located on the upper floors of a building while the lower floors are shopping malls. There are other shopping malls, supermarkets and restaurants around. On the other hand, some garbage (used plastic bags) from previous tenants was found inside the room. Although the location was quite hidden and did not affect the stay, but the housekeeping should do better.

Hotel is quite near Esaka station, only 2 mins walk to hotel. Staffs are helpful, they have translator device to communicate with guest. There are amenities available at reception floor.

房間比較緊湊，我們沒有帶大箱子，剛剛夠用。沒有衣櫃。因為是綠色酒店，所以一切節儉環保。服務很好，前台和保潔阿姨都很nice。 地理位置十分優越，M線地鐵江阪站4號口下來穿過商場前的迷你廣場左拐走幾步就到。性價比還是蠻好的。

房間是日本三星級水平，但早餐有四星級水平，很豐盛，不錯。 相對於大阪市內酒店，價格便宜……而且江阪到大阪也就3站地鐵，性價比還是蠻高的。 所以還是蠻推薦的。酒店前台有秤可以借，但衹能在前台使用，而且…蠻難用的。

Chose this hotel as it is very convenient to go to the Shinkansen station for my kyoto day 訂房網站s. The hotel is just 1 min away from esaka metro station thus I took about 25mins to get to Kyoto (2 metro stops 5min+ 13 min Shinkansen stop on the nozomi line) We didn’t want to stay two places as it is troublesome to change hotel and move luggages around. Although it is further from airport than popular areas like namba, it doesn’t make much of a difference anyway as both takes about 1 hour.
