The shower had black mold everywhere, we asked it to be cleaned but they said they had no one to do this and then turns around and ignored us. Stay away from this location  Sudbury 50 Brady  I also had the same experience in North Bay  Poorly run establishment, no longer corporate owned or run. All privet owned and run This was our go to place to stay, formally the Northburry Inn, unfortunately this will be our last time,  The breakfast dining was also a mess, no clean tables to sit at, the host watches us clean our own table.

The breakfast menu could have been better. No sausages for breakfast. The beds were not made for the days we were out of the motel. Only towels were changed each day.

Staffs are very friendly, super convenient location, close to the downtown core. The staff gave me a welcome package with two water bottles and some snacks. The rooms have microwave, which is convenient. The TV are smart tv equipped with Amazon Fire, which has different apps to stream media, very easy to use. Breakfast could be better, the egg taste a bit blend, some parts of the scramble egg is burnt.

Reservation was for 2 nights. We basically had no WIFI service during our stay. We were relying on this for work and personal requirements. Reported to staff. Their attempt to resolve was unsuccessful. Seemed like that area of the building was the issue. Otherwise met our needs perfectly.
