瑟加拉套房酒店 (Segara Suites)

スタッフの方がとても親切で丁寧な対応をしてくれました。朝食もとても美味しかったです。 アメニティは、ドライヤーとバスマットが常設されていなかったのが少し殘念でした。スタッフに連絡した際にすぐに対応してくれたので問題はありませんでした。 他の人にもおすすめできるとても良いホテルだったと思います。

Room is clean and staff are accommodating

This has been our favorite hotel to stay in subic. Tho our recent stay is not as pleasant as before. Had a minor problem with our room but the front desk ( Sir JP ) was so kind enough to resolve the issue and as usual the staff are so nice and professional especially at the restaurant. I hope segara suites will upgrade and renovate the rooms as it needs a major upgrade on everything. All in all this place will be our first option in Subic.

⭐We stayed at Segara Suites over the Holy Week (April 4–5) with my boyfriend and my family, and overall we had a pleasant stay. The property itself is beautiful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We especially enjoyed spending time at the swimming pool—it was a great place to relax, and the staff there were also very warm and attentive. The location is another plus, as it’s situated near the end of the Subic Bay Freeport area, making it peaceful while still being within walking distance of several restaurants and bars. The only reason I’m giving four stars is because of the breakfast experience. Upon arriving at the breakfast restaurant, we were informed that the buffet breakfast wasn’t available due to a private event. Unfortunately, there had been no prior advisory from the hotel or reception, so this came as an unexpected disappointment. Instead, we had to order from the à la carte menu, and we were surprised that items such as coffee, juices, and even a fruit platter came with additional charges. These are typically included in a buffet breakfast, so we felt the alternative didn’t provide the same value. Despite this, we still enjoyed our stay and loved the hotel overall. I hope the management improves communication with guests whenever there are changes to amenities included in the booking, especially during peak holidays.
