入住體驗極差，與宣傳和價格嚴重不符，而且在房間裡隨時有男服務員直接開鎖闖進來，住了兩天一點安全感都沒有，怕隨時有人闖進來，基本的安全都沒有保障 1. 設施陳舊老化：酒店建築及內部設施非常陳舊（疑似老房子改造），維護不佳，整體環境簡陋，與宣傳圖片存在巨大差距，更像是青年旅舍而非正規酒店。 2. 環境潮濕不適：房間內明顯感覺潮濕，體感非常不舒適。 3. 基礎服務缺失：無WiFi覆蓋，這對於現代遊客來説是難以接受的基本服務缺失，而且山裡本身就沒什麼信號 4. 性價比極低：付款了每晚900元的價格，卻得到如此糟糕的硬件和環境，性價比極低，感覺被嚴重溢價。 5. 地理位置不便：酒店位置偏遠，距離多個熱門海灘和遊玩區域都相當遠，出行不便，增加了額外的時間和交通成本。 對此次入住體驗感到嚴重失望。酒店實際狀況（硬件、環境、位置、服務）與宣傳描述（包括在社交平台看到的推薦訊息）嚴重不符，強烈建議其他消費者謹慎選擇

Hotel is nice. Location is good, few steps from the beach front. Rooms are clean but may need to upgrade as some facilities are quite old. When you use the faucet in the room, it is too loud. Friendly staffs. Overall it is a good stay and will certainly come back.

호텔의 모든 직원들은 친절하다. 바다도 나쁘지 않다. 다만 우리가 갔을때는 바람이 많이 불어 파도가 쳐서 아이들이 놀기에 좋지 않았다. 숙소는 진심으로 리노베이션이 필요하다. 화장실 세면대 옷장 더럽고 더럽고 더럽다. 이렇게 더럽고 낙후된 시설로서의 가격은 비싼거 같다.

This resort provides all in one relaxation, with the great view and clean beach side of Subic Bay. Rooms are quite old but still comfortable to sleep in. Hoping they can change the headboard to reduce the wood chips that falls off since it is a bit old. The entire resort is great, they just need to improve their rooms and the lobby. Staff is great, kudos to the Bar Staff, specifically Arvin, during night shift. Also to the breakfast restaurant server during our stay, one of the longest staying employees 15 yrs, whom Ive met years ago, and still there. Just forgot kuya /tatay name. Still same exemplary service.
