There is no view on the rooms given to us considering the rate we paid. Bathroom needs improvement, beddings need to be disinfected.

Primary problem is UNDERSTAFFED In HOUSEKEEPING DEPARTMENT. NO one to clean public places, thicked DUST everywhere( from entrance, lobby, frontdesk, elevator, elevator landings, hallways, inside the room, EVERYWHERE.)Empty gallons of water each floor, room hurriedly clean for turnovers..Pool has water but dirty, specially its botton floor..i have read past reviews for this hotel yet still give it a try.. To see is to believe. Suggests to add more housekeeping personnel; for public spaces and for cleaning of rooms.. Buy aparatus/machines like wet vacuums for cleaning upholstery (chairs for lobby, bed mattresses) ;cleaning materials like glass cleaner, bathroom cleaner and multi purpose cleaner chemicals,.. Especially for deep cleaning. Whole room needs deep cleaning, dusting, wall to ceiling, toilet or bathroom for total washdown especially toilet bowl and drainages. Also sink.. Glasses and glasses holder for cleaning too since calcium stained. Poorly done bathroom silicon, changed your carpenter. CHECK bed mattresses for bedbugs and FREQUENTLY Do defogging for pests.. Swimming pools is totally unattended means no lifeguard hired? No table nor chair to put your things to enoy the pool. Is it just for display? To owner, please help your staff, mostly disappointed guests approached them to complain. Disheartening. Hopes for better improvement and goodluck.

The worst hotel we have ever stayed in Subic. The lift was not working properly that you need to go down one floor to be able to use it. The toilet was soooo dirty. Water pressure of the shower was very low. Bedsheets and blankets were not properly cleaned. The TV was not working when we arrived and even though they've changed it bec. we complaint about it, wifi does not connect in our room so it was useless. I definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel.
