A great place to stay for families. They have kid friendly pool and playground. Pets are also allowed. They have spacious parkings and rooms. The room is very comfortable. Ambient and soundproof. They also have modern smart TV with free streaming service. They have fast internet connection. The staffs are very friendly and courteous as well. They really went all out on their amenities since it's far from the beach front. We also got a huge discount from Trip and it's really worth it. We really enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this and I look forward to come back in the future.

There was virtually a wait for everything. From the moment we arrived we had to wait a couple of hours for the rooms to be ready. The same with the food service it took about an hour for the food to be prepared and served even until the last moment when it was time to checkout there was also an unnecessary wait. They might need to hire more staff also this location is not near to the beachfront area. It is about 6 kms away which is rather inconvenient having to find parking next to the ocean. I do not recommend.

We enjoyed our stay for a 1 day and 1 night. The hotel is clean. If you want to stay near the beach, the location of the hotel is quite far and you need to ride a car to go there. The hotel is near the highway, accessible to other establishments. Wifi was interrupted during our stay. Food was good, it was breakfast buffet. Upon check out, we were hold for quite awhile just to rate their hotel. Deposit fee was return once we were done answering the review. They gave us a souvenir after.

Front desk or the Reception staffs are not helpful, not customer friendly and efficient. The receptions staff are very slow and not accommodating. Not even give you advice they will just left you standing and hanging there.

Although the staff is friendly, this place needs an update, the toilet were dirty, the spout is lose, dirt on the corner had harden, shower is hard to operate and tiny. The toilet clogged and the bidet broke while it was being used. This would be my first and last stay on this facilities.

Horrible experience. If you don’t wanna get screwed then don’t book this hotel. You have to pay for everything. Some rooms don’t even have swimming pool access you have to pay extra. Floats you have to pay hourly is you use it. We arrived at 11am the hotel was empty but they didn’t accept the early check in. So we had to wait until 2pm. Meanwhile we use the pool and the Floats. Then at 2pm before the check in they as us to pay the brill and they try to charge us an environment fee. Never heard of that!!! Don’t go to this hotel

Water was not working until almost 2am. There were no admin or management staff to help. Ants are constantly crawling on the floor and tables, the phone does not work, and doesn't even have a phone line, but they put an unconnected phone in the room.... for decoration apparently. I would never stay here again.
