房間設施非常老舊，和金字塔酒店共用電梯系統，但是能進出的門是有限制的，很明顯低人一等…房間回收不多的優點就是空間很大，並且地理位置確實好，主要目的是來這邊購物，順便睡個覺的可以考慮，不然還是選擇更好的酒店吧😮💨

和sunway金字塔酒店共用大廳，但入住在地下一層，行李需手提走一層，電梯也差人一等衹能用地下一層，還衹能用其中兩台。 設施老舊，被子依稀有擦不掉的印子，備品和國內快捷招待所差不多，但也屬於老舊的那種。 好在地理位置確實尚可，吃東西方便

Ground floor only 1 lift. Main lobby not at ground floor, only works at certain timings, no swimming pool, no buffet breakfast, ants on my son laptop. Ole Ole indo rest is very good. Pics below.

1st time i stayed in the hotel that the is totally not well maintained and cleanliness not meeting the standars expectations. The bedsheets, pillow cover and the blanket have the moldy smell, the shower curtain have many black spots and the side lights in the toilet is not working too. In addition, there are ants crawling on the bedside table, around the wardrobe. No hand towel provided even i requested for it. The TV remote controller comes without battery cover. One thing to note, the hotel lobby is at B1 which has the same entrance as the car park (for Sunway Pyramid Hotel). Not sure if some of the hotel lifts are shared among these two hotels but basically you may be confused with these two hotels. I won't be returning to this hotel again for sure. The worst ever hotel that I ever stayed though the view from my room is still okay

我覺得這個位置挺方便的 因為酒店下去就是Sunway Pyramid購物商場，甚至一出酒店前面就有鼎泰豐和海底撈。然後房型也挺寬敞，廁所也乾淨

位置好，就在商場邊，出酒店上樓梯，就是海底撈，鼎泰豐。逛商場很方便。去馬莫，雙威也方便，商場內都有導航。商場內吃的非常非常多，不要外面找。房間較老，期望值降低

Only good thing about this hotel is the location. We requested for a room change because the first room we got was dirty and had a really bad pungent smell + the door lock was not working. The staff was rather rude and was angry when we told him about the state of the room and he reluctantly changed our room. The new room was also dirty and smelly. The smell was so bad that we decided that we couldn't stay and checked out immediately. When we told the staff we wanted to check out, he seemed to be mad at us for even daring to check out. We tried asking for a full refund but the staff was really rude and the hotel management strongly refused. There is a reason why this hotel is cheap despite its goood location. Guys please avoid this place.
