這酒店位置非常難找，在公寓裡面，來往的人非常多，樓道的味道非常大和難聞，房東基本愛搭不理，辦理入住非常曲折，房間味道也非常大，是一股酸臭味，毛巾發黃，沒有紙巾，牙刷等用品，櫃子都是油漬，床單還是起毛球的，放在國內頂多是50一晚，實在太差，將近凌晨才入住，一大早就趕緊還房卡走人，非常糟糕的一次入住體驗，雷，慎重選擇

I’m quite sure that a better job could be done by the team instead of ignoring my queries on the following: 1. I selected a room stated that has windows; stayed in a room with only walls around unable to access any outside view 😕 2. I selected a room listed to have a TV; stayed in a room that has no TV leading to a pretty boring night 😮💨 3. I selected a room that I was made to believe a washing machine is included as per listed amenities; stayed in a room where no washing machine is to be seen 🫤 The above matters were raised in the WhatsApp group chat but to no avail, none of the team members within the group chat responded, so needless to expect any concerns showed on my stay being hospitable. The next text that got in the group chat was already informing me about checkout, as though my queries were entirely nonexistent. I’m sorry but it’s a rather disappointing experience after so many umpteenth stays I previously had.

服務還差，打電話根本不接聽，衹接受短訊（WhatsApp）, 基本什麼都得自己弄，還有訂房網站定房時候説有免費停車位，停車需要再自己付費...早上開車出來發現車大境有裂痕（都不知道幾時弄到的，算自己倒黴吧），差差差

I booked a private studio room for Edumetro, and it was very clean and felt stable overall. It is also very safe with security guards stationed throughout the building. I really recommend this hotel for the quick and friendly consultation of the staff.
