I had a great stay at Best Western Crystal Inn. At first, I was told check-in was only after 2pm, but later the staff kindly called me and said I could check in early. That was very helpful! There is free parking on the ground floor, and my room was on the first floor, so it was quiet with no noise from cars. The location is very convenient — just a 10-minute drive to the City Centre. The room was big and comfortable, and the bathroom was especially large and clean. Thank you to the friendly staff for the good service!

The location threw me a little but once I was there I was very impressed with the service and the room. The size of the living area and then the bathroom was amazing. I will definitely stay there again as it was very affordable and easy to get on the road and back into the CBD

Room quite ok. Good bed and good house keeping. Pool filthy dirty green. Plastic chair floating in it. Leaves and rubbish everywhere. 2 care takers no idea. Clueless to looking after guests. 2 hours to get a tv fixed. They looked for a new one. Just put one in from another room. Hardly rocket science. Both rude. Reception wreak of Indian food. Horrid smell. Maybe use their time better by cleaning the surrounds. Ran down. Shame. This place use to be great. Need someone to manage it properly.
