一次過預訂了兩間家庭房，但安排在新館和本館兩邊。兩間房間內部都很大和舒適，但本館那邊沒有電梯，要提行李走窄窄的樓梯，新館那邊則沒有問題。

We booked in and my son and daughter were upgraded as they had just finished their exams. We had the dog and our room was good in the way the door opened into large green area and you could sit outside. It was busy in the eve as there was a prom on and another function and the service was slow in the restaurant. I spoke to the supervisor at reception and explained the issues we had and she could not be more helpful - we were offered drinks and lunch as a sorry which was a great gesture. We would definitely return.

The hotel is really nice but the only problem was no lift as we had a few suitcase . No bell service and we had to carry our heavy luggages up one floor. Quite a problem for old people. Breakfast was nice but pricey, weather was good and so having breakfast outdoors is a pleasure.

酒店睡床非常舒適，浴室淋浴溫度和水壓也很好。復活節期間入住，員工還會拍門送上復活蛋套裝給小孩。不過在沒有心理準備下，房間被安排在近似閣樓的位置，沒有電梯，要拿著行李走三條很窄的樓梯。 酒店泳池很小，每次只可容納20人，要預約，每節只限45分鐘，但小朋友難得在冬天游泳，非常開心。
