Even though the location is fine, the service of the hotel is unacceptable. During the check-in process, the reception lady only told us the room floor and didn't mention any checkout time or Wi-Fi password. Therefore, we followed the check-out time on the 訂房網站 website. The following day they told me that we needed to leave before 11 pm and allowed us to spend more couple minutes. They said the time on the website was wrong but the problem is why they don't adjust and tell us during the check-in. It is bothering us to rashly prepare our staff to leave.
Also, there was one thing to complain but it maybe was my special case. There was a poo in the toilet……
I think the quality of reception needs to well well-trained more and the check out time

Location ok for those who visit European Parliament. Only a few tram stops away. Good breakfast for a busy quest. Service was kind and helpful. Facilities included all the necessities.

El desayuno muy completo y variado. Mucho mejor que en otros hoteles de más categoría.
Importante que dejen hacer el checkin antes de la hora prevista si tienen la habitación preparada.
