From booking to checking out, all good 👍 We will definitely be back. Thank you to the front desk🙏 and a Thank You to the coffee bar. The banana bread latte was one of the best coffees I've ever tasted. It's crazy that I actually could taste the walnut in the banana bread latte. Also, I hope y'all enjoyed the pizza.

Perfect 5 night stay for solo.

The price was right! That was definitely a plus and the location was convenient within walking distance to our venue. I will say though that that cleanliness was not necessarily five star. however it was suitable for our needs. The elevators worked great and no problems there. The staff is nice and as helpful as they can be. Parking stinks though, but I guess that's status quo for the area?

We really liked the location and design. However, we noted there was no bedspread on the bed, the floor was sticky, refridgerator did not work, the shower floor had massive hair in it creating the water to back up, the towels were small and thin, and there was no parking option other than valet costing an unplanned expense. We were told there would be robes in the room but there were not. We were told we would have a gulf view but had to crank our heads way to the side to see it. We informed the desk and all they said was they would inform housekeeping. There was nothing luxury about this as it seemed basic. The resturant was not ready yet. We had coffee only which was good. Very disappointing experience otherwise.

The staff was great and very helpful, especially Randy as others have stated.  The location was also great.  However, one of the windows were broken in the room (on the 11th floor) and the cleaning service was terrible.  Upon arrival, we didn't even have hand soap in our room.  They don't clean at all, not even the bathroom nor vacuum.  They just take out the garbage and replace towels.  We didn't even get refreshed supplies like toilet paper, soap, shampoo etc.  Most times we had to get our towels and soap from the front desk on our way in and carry it all up to our room.
