This is the most ratchet & unprofessional resort I have ever visited in my history of booking to getaway! The staff was ratchet, the guests were ratchet, the environment wasn’t the best for family looking for tranquility in Stone Mt! I had to clean my own room! I had to change the bedding then I couldn’t get extra bedding nor towels when requested! I asked for extra sofa because I was pregnant unfort I never was gotten back to about that so I didn’t sleep comfortably the second night due to dirty sheets making me feel uncomfortable!

The place was amazing. The employees were awesome, very friendly and courteous. The only thing I didn’t like was check in time was at 4 o’clock, but it was conveniently located for Stone Mountain and we got an Van service from the Hotel to take us to the laser light show which saved us a lot of time in travel And Eddie was our driver and he was amazing
