艾特漢姆酒店 (Ett HEM)

簡直無可挑剔，酒店坐落在一個安靜的高級住宅區裡，酒店本身的房子也有年頭了，分成兩棟樓，每一棟都有公區，進門的第一棟樓有前台和公共休息區以及一間餐廳，第二棟樓一二三層樓都有公區，一樓有另一間餐廳，所有的公區裝飾都很有設計感很舒適，每天都會在休息區提供新鮮蛋糕和水，以及酒類，酒類需要付費，自己在旁邊的一個本子上寫所喝品種以及房號。 餐廳非常好吃，需要提前預約，第一個餐廳相對簡單，可選1至5道菜，吃滿5道菜人均在1000元人民幣左右，第二個餐廳是7道菜，價格更貴一些，因為碰上當地節日，我們沒有預約上，應該也不錯。我們在第一個餐廳吃了兩晚，兩個完全不同的菜單。 早餐比較簡單，但品質很好，都是現做，不能點，非常新鮮的食材。 瑞典人的性格比較含蓄，並不會表現的太熱情，但很友善，需要什麼直接和他們説，他們會盡力幫助地，房間裡有一些零食是免費的，酒水是要錢的，沒有燒水壺，但是可以向前台要。 我們沒有訂到大房間（很搶手），基礎房型比較小，但該有的都有，甚至有全套護膚用品。 總而言之，這是我住過最好的小型精品酒店，走的時候我們還買了好多酒店用的有機洗浴用品。

Ett hem was part of the reason that we came to Stockholm!! We were very excited to come stay here as we have heard such great things from friends. The whole concept is that it’s a home, and it really did feel like that! It felt as though we were staying at a friends home, where we can roam around all of the shared areas and spend time anywhere, in the living room, lounges, library, garden etc. The space was designed by a famous interior designer. Our room was an attic room that was quite beautiful. We also opted to have dinner at the house; the menu changes daily depending on what the chef orders in, and on our night it was delicious. We also used their spa room / sauna which was very enjoyable. My only comment is that while the staff were all very friendly and nice, they were not always available to be found. At times I would need something and go to the main check in counter and there wouldn’t be anyone there, and I would have to roam around the house looking for someone. Same goes for the entrance. You have to ring the bell every time you come back to Ett Hem and on a few occasions, no one answered the door bell or they answered but didn’t follow up / open the door / or come to get us. I understand it’s a part of the casual home feel, but for a luxury hotel I would have preferred a little more availability… Great stay overall though!!
