職員服務態度很差。我們check out後，從行用卡裡收了我們兩筆金額，沒有給到帳單明細不說，打電話去問，說要查了再回覆我們，過了三四天，沒人回覆。好不容易找到人，告訴我們其中一筆是餐廳的費用。我說我們根本沒去餐廳，竟然叫我們自己跟餐廳經理說。費用是Westin 收的，餐廳是Westin的，有問題叫我自己和他們的餐廳經理談，簡直閃避責任、不可理喻。 另外，飯店設備非常老舊。

住過服務最差的威斯汀品牌酒店，沒有之一。居然扣費兩次房費，房間裡沒有掛衣服的衣櫥，訂了兩天含早房間，衹給了一天早餐……

The room was amazingly decorated, clean, and stocked, and the front desk lady was very kind and helpful. I was a bit spooked walking around after driving all day from my car to the hotel with my belongings as a single female traveler since there was a huge party going on at the bar caddy-corner of the hotel, but I did realize that it was Friday night at 10 p.m. on Fourth of July, so that made sense. To help manage this, I appreciated the fact that there was security around the parking lot and that bar, and that there is a straight-forward pathway from the lot to the hotel front entrance. Again, the front desk lady helped me locate the lot, the gym, and even walked me to the gym, and I wish I knew her name to recognize her properly. Overall, it was a nice stay which held up to my expecations, and I only wish I could have stayed a bit longer than one night to explore the area more.
