DO NOT STAY HERE!! If you are a young woman and care about your safety and well-being at all, the hotel looks like a drug den with huge locks on all the doors to keep people from breaking in, and the room we were given was completely different than all the pictures and looks like it was set on fire. The sheets had cigarette burns, the beds looked like they had bed bugs, and the whole place reeked of cigarettes. We left immediately after seeing the condition of the hotel because it was so unsafe and they still charged my card two nights! DO NOT BOOK HERE UNDER ANY CONDITIONS!!! YOU WILL BE SCAMMED.

WARNING.!!! Do not stay here do not go here. I arrived from Tasmania and went to check in as soon as you enter the building you get a smell of rats and dirty mould that makes your throat itch. I went to reception to check in no one was there I called a number on the door and got told to wait someone will be there shortly a lady came down and proceeded to check me in I said I’ve booked on 訂房網站.com so she walked me to a room there was needles in the hall ways the carpet was wet and mouldy as soon as she opened the door the smell nearly knocks you off your feet. I said I am not staying in here. She showed me another room and it was just as bad but didn’t smell as much so I said This will have to do then. She just walked off after checking the bed and everything els I was not staying here I would rather sleep on the streets there was huge bed bugs on the bed rat poo and blood and dirty stains the room hadn’t been cleaned in what looked like months maybe years the door wouldn’t lock or even close properly a person came out of a different room banging on the door saying he was going to smash my head into the wall I said I don’t want any trouble and walked off I got to reception and said this place is a health and safety breach I can’t stay here I feel sick and I have only been here 5 minutes I asked for a refund and she told me to talk with the manager and 訂房網站.com I tried calling the manager again and he wouldn’t answere me after trying for some time to get my money back I was getting no where as I’ve found out now they rip heaps of people off I called 訂房網站. Com and was told to wait for 15 minutes after telling them the whole story they then messaged me back 1 hour and a half hours later after me trying to call them multiple times saying I can’t get a refund as they wouldn’t cancel my booking and the room is still under my name. Ii tried calling the so called hotel back for hours and they just ignored me and wouldn’t answer I gave up on the refund and contacted the health department and consumer affairs who said to call back Monday after emailing the hotel about a refund under section 60 of the health act if they don’t refund me they will. Get involved I said I’m not interested in the refund anymore I just want this place shut down it needs ti be condemned. The photos are rip offs they are not what the inside looks like at all 訂房網站.com and bookimg.com should be ashamed for letting this happen and keeping them on there site after years of bad reviews and complaints. I won’t be using 訂房網站.com ever again please stay away from here if you value your lil health and safety I didn’t get photos as I was just focused on getting out and as far away as possible it is filled with drug attic's and homeless people plz stay away
