我預訂的Side seaview room（紅色部分）我強烈懷疑酒店給我的是elegant balcony room（黃色部分）但酒店不承認，他們説elegant balcony 是後邊背街（綠色）。很不愉快的體驗，住4晚換了3次房。第一天2樓廁所漏水，第二天房間更靠後，樓下就是club一條街，從10PM-3AM 一直有30-70dB音樂，根本不用睡。第三天總算給我換到如官網圖片一致的房型，服務真的很不好。除了是成人酒店沒有小孩其他都不滿意。

房間黑黑的設計很奇葩 樓下就是酒吧街 晚上很吵鬧 周圍環境也贓亂差 房間提供的洗髮水那些的都是空瓶子 咖啡機的膠囊咖啡很難喝 服務衹能算湊合 房間塵土很大 因為周圍都是工地 進屋就敏感咳嗽 不推薦

Mooi hotel, service was vriendelijk alleen het was niet overal even schoon helaas. Bubbelbad was erg mooi maar weer was de hygiëne niet helemaal top Ook was onze kamer niet schoongemaakt, we waren de hele middag weg en in de spa en het verzoek om schoon te maken stond aan. Om 5 uur toen we terug kwamen gevraagd of er alsnog schoongemaakt kon worden maar er werd gezegd dat de schoonmakers om 5 uur stoppen . Voor de rest was de service erg vriendelijk en de dames aan de balie super behulpzaam, lief en hebben ze een speciaal verzoek zonder extra gedoe vervuld.

Service d'hôtel super, très beau comme sur les photos, j'ai eu un souci de température avec le jacuzzi dans la chambre, on est directement venu réparer. Savon et accessoire super aussi, séchoir pro, beau miroir avec lumière ...petit déjeuner avec omelette bar et large choix de qualité... Spa a volonté et propre.

As a hotel it is nice and particular, but to be a 4 star it cannot have a shower that the water comes out from below and floods the bathroom, not to mention that there was not even a bathtub, the elevator gave problems, normally in 3 star hotels they give soap and shampoo plus toothpaste and mini toothbrush, here there was only soap in the shower without shampoo, without a mini toothbrush and without toothpaste I would say that it is a poor 3 star, a nice thing is the indoor pool, for me it is equivalent to a 3 star

Me and my partner stayed here for a weekend getaway jacuzzi suite. Absolutely amazing it couldn't be any better loved every moment of it. Breakfast was phenomenal, service over all 10/10. It's on a ***** so you will hear music at night , didn't bother me at all. Lively, will definitely love it if your a party person. There was a slight smell in the hall ways aswell but once again it didn't bother me. Highly recommend beautiful hotel. I can't find words to describe how beautiful it was.
