El desayuno tipo buffet muy flojo y por ejemplo la bollería no muy buena se nota que es congelado el sabor , los huevos revueltos con un color y sabor malo , y poca variedad. La estancia en la habitación buena super cómoda . La piscina de la azotea bastante sucia , sin embargo la del spa muy bien , gym sus instalaciones básicas pero buenas , y la localización si tú objetivo es salir de fiesta buena, al estar cerca de la zona de fiesta ruido de gente y coches pitando , y para aparcar bastante difícil y lejos si quieres un aparcamiento gratuito.

There was a problem at the start no fault of hotel or staff but all staff handled it well front of house, manager was very good. Also the house keeping staff and the supervior Pabitra was so good they all do an amazing job. Thank you too all the staff I will return same time next you as i am the CEO of a big festival.

部屋がかなり広く、スパやプールもあった。朝ごはんは最上階で景色を見渡しながら食べることができる。 セントジアンの入り口に位置し 徒歩圏內になんでもある、という印象。 目の前にはECという語學學校があり留學生が多い。 また利用したい‼️

Hotel 4 stelle… Parlano solamente italiano Reception lentissima … Camera 10 piano 1006 con finestra che dà all interno  senza vista  Bagno con brutto odore  Letto comodo Vogliono 50 € come caparra (dopo Controllo camera gli restituiscono) Colazione dalle 7 alle 10 ( avevo l’aereo presto mi hanno fatto trovare 6-7 cornettini che sembravano cartone…)lasciamo stare !!!vado spesso a Malta. ( questo il peggiore)  DA MIGLIORARE IN TUTTO !!!⭐️⭐️⭐️

I stayed at Noru Hotel, and unfortunately, my experience with the front desk staff was very disappointing. From the moment I checked in, I was met with rudeness and an unhelpful attitude. The staff member I interacted with was not welcoming, seemed irritated when I asked questions, and made me feel like I was a burden rather than a guest. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially in the hospitality industry where customer service is so important. the front desk experience really ruined the overall stay for me. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides better customer service training to the staff. First impressions matter — and this one was not good. And the will hold the deposit and will not release it till now and when I contact management they said is not of their business and really bad attitude, i was contacted my bank before contact the hotel , sadly the handle guest like this
