    We stayed at this hotel during our family 訂房網站, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. They had promised electric blankets and extra blankets, but none were provided when requested. To make matters worse, there were power cuts during the night, leaving us without a room heater in freezing temperatures. It was extremely uncomfortable to sleep in such conditions. Additionally, the food prices were unreasonably high, adding to the overall dissatisfaction. For a three-star hotel, i expected better services and more transparency. I hope they improve their facilities and service quality for future guests.

    We booked ac room but we were not given ac room, instead given an old room heater. Power supply was biggest issue. Only one staff was good rest staff are pathetic. Manager was not at reception most of the time. Room are very small and have old look. Room are very dark. The telephone in room was procured from a garbage shop. Will share pic. I consider my stay at hotel as pathetic and waste of money. See the condition of telephone. A small heater was given as ac room. So shabby.

    they missed my booking accomdated me in another hotel .rooms were never clean nor toiletries to drinking water replenished .items for dinner and breakfast was also few partha curd egg bread butter jam and tea was the only thing

    Overall good hotel in budget of view, buff e breakfast variety limited but tasty and fresh, room neat and clean

    The location of the hotel is good but the hotel lacks basic qualities. The breakfast spread is average and the room service needs training. Basic services like room cleaning needs to be requested multiple times and they don't know that they need to give basic toiletries if they are throwing away those that are already there. A little training is required for the staff. Also the room doors have poor sound insulation with the voice of other guests disturbing both at late in the night and early morning. Needs improvement.
