From reading the reviews I was a 50/50. I didnt know what to expect. How ever what some people may of experience might of been true we did not. We where welcomed at the reception. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I needed to iron some of my stuff and couldn't find an iron board and told receptionist and she got one sorted straight away. We didnt use the swimming pool as we were put exploring. Location of the hotel is in a great place. Easy to walk everywhere. ( ibit hilly) The room, yes it was a little outdated and there was a smell but once opened a window for a little while it did go. The room is clean. The bed was comfortable and so was pillow. We had two aircon on in living room and bedroom. I have stayed in a fair few hotel and this one isn't the greatest placed overall but it's not the worst place iv stayed. So I would stay here again because of the size of apartment, staff kindness, and location. Also they let us check in ealier due to our room being ready which i liked. The cleanliness of the room was alright.

The room was great, clean, service excellent, they let is check in early (2 hours) and check out late (1 hour) at no extra cost. Love the layout of the room, very well thought out and balcony view was amazing.
