值得肯定是他們的空調位置做的非常好，是有大理石和木板包裹的，需要吹衣服什麼的就很方便，不會擔心弄濕空調而導致損害。樓下有星巴克，但是晚上不開放，早上5點半就會開，對於早上需要一杯咖啡的我，非常的方便

The room is large, comfortable and clean. Toiletries are luxurious. There’s a K-cup coffee machine with water bottles provided. Downside was the extremely slow internet connection.

No tooth brush and shaver in a room .as a 4 star hotel supposed to provide all this amenities.Room was not make up properly.carpet not vacuum..

Tony was a wonderful front-end for us, family if 4 who drove a long way from Livingston, MT and we were exhausted after such a long travel. She upgraded us without even showing i was a premiere marriot bonvoy. I think she provided such a warm welcome for us that was a perfect advertisment for a city, spokane, that eas otherwise just thought as an intermediate step on the way to seattle. Wr are thinking about coming back. L
