Wrote a review directly to the hotel so will keep this shorter. Check in clerk was amazing.. but Husband stuck in elevator for 20 minutes no one helped until I climbed down from the 5th floor to the lobby with my baby and my pregnant stomach. Responded to pretty rudely by other person at front desk Beautiful hotel and location is amazing Room was a little on the dirtier on the other side Small fruit flies flying in the sink , pillows were dirty some lights didn't work Didn't really care about those things until was told hotel denied this elevator incident happening. Conflicted if I would ever stay here again. Contacted 訂房網站.com and even though it is not their fault they still provided comfort and support but the hotel denied this even happened ??? So leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. Expected something different from a nicer hotel like this

We had a great stay. We were able to check in early for a $25 fee. Which was great. Disappointed that it costs $50 to use the pool during this time. That’s just my opinion, it is stated on the website. So we weren’t surprised. But just a huge charge for a pool. Our room did have a lot of river gnat, as the front desk called it and lady bugs. They sprayed our room but it didn’t help. Great views. Easy walk to multiple locations. Front desk was amazing.

作為訂房網站的金鑽用戶，我在這個酒店連續住了 6 天，6 個晚上，7 天。然後除了第一天打掃，第二天、第三天，然後第四天，我連續三次通知前台，我要做 house cleaning 然後的話都沒有過來，水也沒有補，床單也沒換，也沒給我整理。然後直到現在，今天我做 check out ，11 月 2 號做 check out 的時候，人就沒有過來。所以這個酒店我非常的討厭，而且他的床墊，當然這是個人個人的那個主觀原因哈那我自己覺得睡得非常不舒服。

The room we received was not the room that was featured in the pictures. The ventilation in the room was little to none and the temperature in the room never got below 75 degrees regardless of setting the thermostat lower for multiple days, otherwise a fairly enjoyable stay.

The location was excellent for the occasion. Checking and parking was very easy. The room was comfortable and clean. We appreciated the restaurant/lounge and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.
