阿祖爾宮豪華客房旅館 (Azur Palace Luxury Rooms)

This was a rushed booking due to our original hotel not having our booking. Normally I spend considerable time going through reviews etc, but with the Azur Palace (hotel?) it was a case of needs must. Unfortunately although we had booked a deluxe double in our opinion it didn’t match similar 4 star hotel deluxe rooms. I mentioned this to reception but they weren’t really interested. Appreciate we were virtually in the centre of split, with space at a premium, but the view of a small alley with graffiti an empty minibar, not even plugged in, an irritating dim light, I think from the a/c that ensured the room wasn’t completely dark. After trying to close it down without success I went to reception, which had a note with a phone number to call. I gave up went back to the room and tried throwing a towel over it. Also no bar, although there are a few within couple of minutes. Overall disappointing.

Lovely room, small but delicious breakfast, friendly staff, walking distance of waterfront and historic downtown. Could sometimes hear the noise of the people outside our room which was right on the street, but it wasn't enough to cause any problems sleeping. Overall would definitely recommend and book again.

장점과 단점이 확실합니다. 장점 넓은 주차공간 구시가지 3분거리 화장실이 깨끗한 편 중정이 있어서 예쁨 단점 엘리베이터 없음 주차공간은 넓지만 들어가기가 어려움.여기가 맞나? 하는 거기임 스플리트 밤이 너무 시끄럽고 건물자체 방음이 잘 안됨 조식은 종류는 많지않아요.

The service was not good, the facilities were not excellent, and I would not recommend it I would find another hotel or apartment. The mattress is on the floor- 4-star?
