耶利內克酒店 (Hotel Jelinek)

Worst experience ever in Czechia. The owner is a ****** ***** who made us feel unsafe to the point of having to leave the hotel earlier. The room isn’t even cleaned properly, there was no mattress cover in our room, we asked for toilet paper and never received it. We did not see the owner the first 2 days, only the last day. One of his employee, a German-speaking blonde waitress, verbally assaulted my friend and uttered the most disgusting ****** slurs because he was helping himself to breakfast items which we had already paid for, and it seems like she didn’t like the fact that she was serving a black man and an arab girl. She immediately made us feel unwelcome and uneasy. She was rude, lacked manners and was very agressive. She started yelling at us because we were the last ones for breakfast. She said we needed to leave our table earlier for more important clients the next day; what is this, a segregationist place? They threatened us when we reacted to their mistreatment and tried to scare us away. Thankfully I called 訂房網站 and managed to cancel the last night. It was a horrible and traumatizing experience. We told them we’d file a complaint to the police and the French embassy, when the man heard us doing that, he started swearing at us and told us to "f*ck off". We will be writing about this to the French press and the Czech authorities will be notified. The staff is truly the most horrible we’ve ever encountered throughout our travels to more than 100 countries! Shame on you and your parents for raising such despicable and ****** people. By the way, they seem to have a horrible reputation in the neighborhood because other people complained about the same thing and about the cleanliness. The only good thing is that the scenery around the hotel is beautiful, the nature is breathtaking so please go to a normal hotel with nice and civilized people, there is plenty of choice right across the bridge. We went to SYNEK Pension afterwards which is held by a very nice Vietnamese man who also owns a little shop nearby; it was cleaner and really beautiful.
