非常滿意的一次入住體驗，服務人員都非常熱情幫忙拿行李，感謝Mr.sandeep的熱情幫忙，尤其是在行李箱鎖打不開的情況下，他最快效率的幫我解決了鎖子問題，讓我與客戶的會面沒有耽擱. 下次的出差之旅我還會選擇這裡。

Welcomhotel by ITC dwarka doesn’t do justice to its name. Stayed 3 nights. The staff take you for granted. Specially the receptionist and the managers. All have same attitude and smudginess on their face. They will not provide you with GST bills if you need them specially from 訂房網站.com or agoda. Response of the staff is pathetic and more of “we are doing a favour to you” rather than providing an experience. The Cleanliness staff and maintenance staff was courteous but thats the only good thing about the hotel. Will not rate more than 3 stars. Renovations are going on and most of the amenities are not available. Room service is pretty slow. Not going to stay there in my whole lifetime. Thats for sure. More of a glorified marriage hall rather than having a decent experience. Food: Food at pavillion 75 is good. Order it from zomato to get it for less than 50% of the hotel menu.

Due to unpreceded rains had my meeting cancelled had request hotel to reschedule my booking. told them I don't want refund but do reschedule for my stay even with additional charges but even with available occupancy they didn't listen and were not interested in entertaining my request.

Hospitality was pretty fine, but hotel facility was all old and unsatisfactory. Considering the tariff and promotional rates of this hotel, I feel it unreasonable, and most of all the guests will be disappointed.

It’s a good hotel, but don’t expect too much. Staff and Service is outstanding, breakfast is 7/10, rooms are good. Washrooms need a revamp in terms of the quality of taps, showers, etc. and the breakfast can be better too.

Hotel location was accessible easily by metro from airport. Daily cleaning of rooms has to be reminded every time. Hotel employees were friendly and guided easily. During my stay there was some construction was on going and it was noisy. Room heating option was not upto mark. Had a feeling of that hotel facilities are not maintained properly
